Can I install EU ROM without formatting data?

Can Mi EU ROM be installed by just wipe-> advanced wipe-> dalvik/art cache, cache, data?

If this is the first installation of the xiaomi.eu ROM then definitely not.
If you just want to update from xiaomi.eu to a newer version of xiaomi.eu ROM then you don't need to wipe anything, just update.

I am currently on xiaomi global rom, my device is mi 10t pro, but there is no computer in my region right now, so after formatting the data, I cannot transfer the mi euro rom to the phone.

If you have an unlocked botloader and installed TWRP, you can try this procedure:
- download xiaomi.eu ROM to your phone
- reboot into TWRP
- Install the ROM

- do "Format Data" wipe > format data > yes (your data will be deleted)

- reboot system

HI,

a curious , with the same procedure and with the TWRP version 3.7.1_12-0-garnet-Nebrassy.img tis also possible to install HyperOs 1 Stable. I'm currently with MIUI 14 for Garnet but in the future I would like to try..

or do you recommend me only via fastboot?
