Can I safely install 9.6.2.0 NCHMIFD stable on my device ?

I'm new here and I'm new to the Xiaomi devices .
I got Mi note 3 a few weeks back and lately I got an update . I was wondering if someone installed it on his/Her device and can tell if it's safe to install it ?
