can i update from recovery xiaomi.eu rom to fastboot xiaomi.eu rom ?

I have xiaomi.eu rom on mi11 lite 5gne (lisa) but based on recovery (xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11LE_XM11Lite5GNE_V13.0.3.0.SKOCNXM_v13-12.zip)
, now miui 14 has released with fastboot. (xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11LE_XM11Lite5GNE_V14.0.4.0.TKOCNXM_v14-13-fastboot.zip)
Is there any way to update without losing data?

You can always update without data loss regardless of the update method.
The update method depends on the ROM version.
When updating with the fastboot method, use the "windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat" script.

u mean i can restart phone to fastboot mode then connect my phone to pc and select the option you mentioned (attached on photo) then run as administrator !!
