Can Install Xiaomi.eu With Global Stable?

I have using MIUI Global Stable, can unlock and flash xiaomi.eu? Or need install China Dev Rom first?

I having try flash China Dev without unlock bootloader, but always having error.

Firts unlock the bootloader of your phone , and then install twrp and xiaomi eu rom with the procedure
Wipe system , data , cache and dalvik .

Don't forget to select all options and backup all via TWRP before wiping system etc..
