Cannot connect xiaomi 360 2k neither to wifi nor bluetooth

Hi, I've already installed it and it has been working fine till yesterday when I changed the region and after that everything went off. I cannot connect it to wifi eventhough the wifi is the recommended one And it was good till now. When I tried to install it manually with the code it shows the window with the wifi and the password over and over again and nothing changes. When I'm trying to pairit with bluetooth there is again an error about the time. I have some pictures.So, could you please advise what I'm doing wrong.thanks
