Cannot install driver for HM1 Android phone

I cannot install the driver for HM1 Android phone when connecting the phone to the PC (win7 64bit) with USB debugging connected. I used several driver packages (for example here).

If I look at the device manager I see the following hardware id's for this unknown device:
USB\VID_2717&PID_1228&REV_0255&MI_02
USB\VID_2717&PID_1228&MI_02

If I look in the driver packages, I don't see this idea's and there no driver is found if I try to install that driver.

With Google I only find 1 similar case, but no answer.

I can use SP flash tool without problems.
I can also use the phone as storage device without problems.
edit: ADB is now also working.

What is going on and how can I solve this ?

You can do everything without problems, so why bother? This is Windows.. don't expect to run everything without glitches.

I had the same problem which was solved by installing miphone manager - suppose not support the redrice but, in fact, perfectly support it and resolve the driver problem for me.

A previous version was translate. I have finaly uninstalled it because of chinese. The red rice is still recognized.
