New Cannot Reboot After Updating Rom

Hi,
I have installed the MIUI 9 rom on my Mi Note Pro using Flashify and the TWRP in the forum. After the Rom has been installed in TWRP, I clicked on Reboot and now the phone does not go further than the black reboot screen where it is said MIUI powered by Android. The phone cannot be switched-off neither. Any idea why the phone does not reboot?

Flashify has not been updated in long time, last time i tried it, it did not work.

Press power button 10 seconds for reboot, power + vol up long time to boot to TWRP recovery.

Thank you for your reply. I managed to fix the issue by flashing with Miflash. Now the phone reboots without problem
Now, I would like to install a stable Rom from the forum. Which one should I install? and how? knowing that I lost root access and cannot unlock the bootloader for an unknown reason. All I want is to have a Rom in French, even if it is not the latest

If you can MiFlash it should be unlocked, what does "fastboot oem device-info" say in fastboot mode?

This might be latest Xiaomi.eu rom for leo/MiNotePro.
