Cannot Type Sim Pin When Requested, Phone Works Excellently Without Sim

Hello,

I am hereby seeking urgent help from anyone with any experience in this matter.

I must say I am very disappointed in Xiaomi products after this failure........

My Xiaomi MI4C due not allow me to type the pin code when starting up. There is no problem with the screen, the touch works flawlessly. The SIM card also works flawlessly in my retired (now back on the line) Nokia phone.

I have flashed the phone with the European Xiaomi stock image almost 6 months ago and never had any problem since.

Phone works excellent without SIM card...

What might have happened to my phone?

Can anyone help me? What additional data should I provide?

Update: removing the SIM card pin (in the Nokia another phone) makes the phone work without problems....

Anyone here? No advice? No one ever experienced this problem?

Is there any possibility to check another SIM card over Mi4c?
