Cannot Update Mi Mix To Miui 8.6

Hey all,

since the release of the MIUI 8.6 - 7.6.8/10 ,and all version aftwerwards based on 8.6, i cannot update my Mi Mix anymore.
I download the ROM (multiple times already via PC, Smartphone whatever). Select package in updater.
Decrypting only takes ~5 seconds. When i restart the phone TWRP tells me all the time file is corrupt.
Downloaded multiple files more than 10 times. Always the same error.

What am i doing wrong ?!

Reboot to TWRP then install zip directly..
