This happens with MIUI EU
The rom will need to be downloaded and installed from the recovery.

The original International Global version of this device does download from servers directly and update as you would expect.

There's also a miui device verification page where you can verify if you've got the Global hardware device.

Thanks for replying. I wanted to reinstall new update via recovery, but its just reboot to system like normal? Why is it?

You'd have to reboot to recovery, wipe cache and dalvick, then install the update by choosing the downloaded file in recovery

Is there any guide on how to install twrp at first in phone? From xiaomi.eu, theres no root permission.
