New Can't Access Find Device After Flash Dev Version From Stable Version (redmi Note 3 Pro)

Hi. I'm using Miui 8 stable version from xiaomi.eu(8.0.5.0) with custom recovery. Today I decided to flash the dev version (lasted) from xiaomi.eu. I use full wipe and flash the dev rom. When my phone start at the Miui acc login. It say device cannot access to Find device with unknow error.
my phone is unlocked and my imei still not damage.
I can't skip this login screen. It alway say retry but not working. my network is normal.
flash the stable rom sovle problem
please help. I want to use new dev rom

i have the same e problem
8.1.1.0 stable, dev 6.12.15 and 8.1.1.0 global stable have the same problem
i have unlocked bootloader and flashed using ZCX TWRP

Flash stable 8.0.5 and then dirty flash 8.1.1 it's working or else for beta flash 6.11.3 then dirty flash the current ROM it's working I have tried it and it's working but I have another problem my apps don't stop in background when cleared using task manager even after tweaking the settings for auto start ....

i think something messed up when updating from 8.0.5.0 to 8.1.1.0 with TWRP (any TWRP) and i still dont know what it is
it's resulted infinite "error unlock" or "unfortunatelly, settings has stopped"
so i tried another way to 'fix' this mess up

1. flash fastboot MM global with newest miflash from en.miui.com/a-234.html
2. finish the setup
3. re-unlock bootloader officially with proper tool
4. flash newest ZCX TWRP
5. reboot to ZCX TWRP and factory reset
6. flash xiaomi.eu rom (8.1.1.0 stable) and reboot
7. enjoy
