I'm struggling with a problem since the day that I've bought the Mija Homekit. First problem is that the gateway recognized the 5 starter products but after a couple hours the window sensor dissapeared and a day later the bodysensor dissapeared. Now I'm trying to add these and all the other extra products that I've bought but the Mija home app gives me the same error : Failed to add child devices. Is there a solution for this problem? Or am I doing sth wrong? In my opinion the gateway can't connect to the product but I don't know why. Is there someone that can help me with this problem ?
