Can't find MIUI optimization option in HM Note 10

I have the latest 12.5.2 rom release, however i can't find the option for disabling MIUI Opimization. I've tried some methods online but they don't work. Can someone help me out

Don't touch MIUI Opimization in EU rom. They are locked for DEV reasons.
More details with search box use. What is normally done before any request.
