Can't find the latest Mi Note 10 (tucana) MIUI 11 build

Hi everyone,
I’ve been searching for the latest MIUI 11 build V11.1.2.0.QFDCNXM (Xiaomi eu) for the Mi Note 10 but haven’t been able to find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can download it or if it’s still available?
