Can't find zip file only see fastboot files

I'm needing to update my mi 11 ultra (13.0.9.0) via recovery ROM (TWRP).
I can't find the zip only fastboot zips..
Please help?

There isn't any, since there's no fully functioning TWRP. It's been like this for months now.
TBH, the update script works flawlessly, use it to flash it without any hassle.

And search. It's all over the forums.
