Can't Get Drivers For Redmi 3s!

Hei, I need help please. I have redmi 3s with official china developer ROM. And I have problem with unlocking bootloader cuz it stops at 50% ( Not connected to Mi phone). The problem is in drivers cuz Mi PC Suite also can't find device. Where did you get drivers? The phone is useless cuz google apps don't works and is full of china apps . Some help please

Have U tried drivers from MiFlash?
Connect Mi in fastboot, go device manager, locate the device with exclamation mark, do update driver, manual, navigate to drivers folder from MiFlash.
Don't forget to disable driver signature verification
