Cant Get Gapps To Work With Xiaomi.eu

Everytime I flash gapps after flashing the xiaomi.eu ROM I get a black screen and a "setup wizard is not working" error message, i cant click it away, if i try to press cancel or report a new one pops up.

Is there any way for gapps to work with this ROM?

If I'm not mistaken minimal Gapps is included in Xiaomi.eu ROMs so why are you flashing it?

No need to flash gapps on xiaomi.eu roms, basic gapps are included. The rest of missing gapps can install from play store.
