New cant go to twrp recovery mode

I flashed the TWRP but when i try to enter on recovery mode it opens the MI Recovery not the TRWP menu

Try with this one recovery-TWRP-3.3.2B-0301-XIAOMI9SE-CN-wzsx150.img rename it to twrp and use command above

EDIT: Steps for installing Xiaomi.eu ROMs (first installation):

1) Install Xiaomi.eu ROM in TWRP*

2) Go back in main menu of TWRP > "Wipe" menu > "Format Data" button > Type 'yes' to confirm

3) Reboot your device to System and wait...
