Can't Install Rom Via Twrp

I had Xiaomi.eu version 6.3.31 and when I tried updating to 6.4.7, the TWRP started installing the ROM and then freezed and restarted after a while. Now my phone boots only to TWRP and I can't do nothing about it. I tried installing older ROM (Xiaomi.eu version 6.3.31) but it's the same. TWRP freezed and then restarts back to TWRP. Can anyone help me?

Flash via fastboot other version TWRP and then go to TWRP And install. Data dont lost ;-)

Can you be little more specific? How can I install other version of TWRP via Fastboot?

i have same problem , i can't flash anything ,twrp reboot during flash, can you say me the solution for your redmi 3?

I did what Poky suggested - reinstalled TWRP trough fastboot and then flash the ROM
