Can't Login To Google/gmail On Redmi 3 Pro

Hello guys, i just bought xiaomi redmi 3 pro, sometimes the playstore say "need authentication......"
I've read that the 7.3.2.0.0 had problem with google sign in
I've been meaning to change the ROM with this official global rom [Stable] for redmi 3
From the en.miui
Is it possible, cause my phone is redmi 3 pro, and this rom is for redmi 3, does it have side effect?? Does it need bootloader to be unlocked??

You have fake ROM...
Install china rom and then unlock BootLoader.. Then install our ROM..

The china Rom from the en miui website?? The redmi 3??? Which is it, stable or dev??
