I can login with phone and I can login to the chinese website.

you can't use names with 'xiaomi' or 'miui' now.

My username was my accountnumber. I've changed it to my real name in various versions but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

The real problem is that i can't post an message on the official xiaomi forum to adress the problem.
