Can't properly recover Whatsapp on 15 Ultra

After moving to Xiaomi eu rom os2.0.120.0
I can't finish restoring my WhatsApp from cloud storage, in the middle of the process I get the report attached and my chats want restore, only the groups without media.
Any help will be appreciated

after moving back to global stock rom bootloader unlocked the issue solved and all my chats restored perfectly.
Is there a known issue withe xiaomi.eu rom and Whatsapp?
Tried re install and clear all data but nothing helped.
