can't see video previews in file manager app

hi when i open up the file manager app i can't see my video previews i can see my pic previews but not them can you please help me to let them be shown thanks. I am on MIUI 13.0.2 they are all MP4 files is there any apps like this that show recent files that have been added to phone

trying to use other apps that show recent files like the file manager used for Xiaomi but nothing seems to be the same
