Cant seem to install TWRP ( MI PAD 4 Plus )

Went through so many guides online on how to install TWRP but somthing`s missing...

installed "Minimal ADB and Fastboot" and the other tools, downloaded TWRP img for Xiaomi,
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
fastboot reboot

but after I enter recovery mode... I get the old chinese menu...
tried this like 10 times already.

please help.

fastboot reboot recovery

Yes twrp is in Chinese first,you have to switch it to English yourself,look at a YouTube vid on how to do it,the buttons are usually in the same place in all of the, first twrp run is always in Chinese

Only for LR.Team/wzsx150 TWRP version. Best chinese TWRP dev team/user.
