Can't set PATTERN lock

When it asks me to confirm the pattern, there are two buttons on the button - RETRY and CONFIRM - and only the RETRY button works, not the CONFIRM one. I press it and nothing happens, so I have to press RETRY.

Anyone else got this problem?

Yeah did that :-/ Draw it twice, then the CONFIRM button is no longer gray. But I can't tap it, it doesn't recognise it. It's really odd.
