New Can't stop alarm ringing

Set alarm clock,
was ringing at the time set.
No chance to stop the alarm.
Has to shut down the phone.

Can confirm on Mi Mix 3. The alarm screen appeared, tapped on snooze or swiping up and nothing happened. But i was able to stop the alarm using the physical buttons i had set.

Can not confirm. On my Mix 3 swiping up stops the alarm. Using it every day.

It is working after deleting all data of app Uhr (German). Should be App Watch in English.
