can't unlock bootloader

You get that message because the driver is not installed properly. You have to check if you can communicate with phone via ADB/fastboot. In Windows go to device manager and check if you have Android bootloader interface driver.
What about developer option and usb debugging, have you enabled that? Remember to authorize the phone with computer. If you are in fastboot mode then use fastboot commands

I dont know what shall I do.
I think im missing some driver or some method just cant figure out what. I did the same as other people just wont work for me.

Do you put phone in fastboot mode?
Have you bind your phone to your Mi account?
Do you login on your account in both phone and Mi unlock tool?
Try to install latest mi flash tool as it will install xiaomi driver for you.
When you plug phone to computer look for authorization access both on phone and computer.
When you plug phone to your computer can you brows phone storage?
Try different USB port or different USB cables.
Keep trying you will succeed.
Some antivirus software might block Xiaomi software.

somebody said its becouz of my drivers . i dunno why and what shall reinstall.

Did you eventually relocked your bootloader by reflashing firmware? Have you tried "fastboot oem device-info" in fastboot mode to check lock status?
I am almost out of ideas what could be wrong. I do remember the same error I had when I disabled the windows driver while Mi unlock tool checking device. It always displayed " already unlocked" no need to unlock it again.

yeah. it said twice its alreadyunlocked but failed at verify.No need everything seems to be right.

now i tried to unlock and the screen went black at the corners the phone wrote pressy anykey to continue. .

I think i cant control the phone in fastboot mode. i have another tool from a Hungarian forum which can test the phone and bootloader if its open or closed and cant get ifromation from my phone. meh. what shall i do?

1.Login to your Mi account on both PC and phone and associate your phone to Your Mi account
2.Boot to fastboot mode.
3. Connect phone to PC wit original USB cable
4. Start mi unlock tool and login
If Mi unlock tool doesn't verify the phone
Check windows driver otherwise check if you're firmware is original.
post some errors description.
