New Can't unlock my Mi5 Phone

Hi everyone,

I'm new on the forum and i need you help.

I can't unlock my Mi5 Phone.

When i switch on my phone, i only get the Mi5 logo everytime, i can't access on Android Phone.
I don't have recovery and i can't unlock my phone from fastboot (my ID is ok on appli and website - see attchment files).
I can't use phone cause he is rebooting every time, can anyone helps me please ?

I can't use recovery recovery.img or boot boot.img with fastboot cause my phone is locked...

In picture 1, i need to add my account in settings but i never could go in MIUI interface... help please
