Can't Update After 6.7.21 - Please, Help?

Hello fellow forum people! I'm sure this has been asked many times, but I'm really not sure what to do (and I kinda don't want to brick my phone, too). After MIUI 8 v 6.7.21 I'm unable to update with Weekly Updates. I assume my bootloader is locked, because I cannot apply the downloaded ROM's. My TWRP is 2.8.7.1 - as installed by the nice folks at Xiaomiforsale.com.
Below is the phone info screen of my Mi4C. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Install TWRP 3.0.2.0....via TWRP ...then install one of the weekly ROMS....If you are referring to the Weekly OTA updates, they are now monthly...if you have root access you can also install the Flashify App and install a newer TWRP version that way and then manually install the ROM of your choice....

Alrighty, woohooo! TWRP 3.0.2.0 installed - thank you for your invaluable help! Now one more - sorry about that - it says that my device is not rooted and offers me to install SuperSU - should I do it or not? Is it necessary to run Weekly Updates?

Better not install it, could cause problems. Updating does not need it.
