Can't Update to Miui 1.9.16 on Evo 4G

I'm on 1.6.17 And I found a more resent version on miui for evo...I tried to flash it using revolutionary and got a a Error (Something about the SD card or something), Did I need to Wipe my data before flashing or did I miss a step...
