Invalid Can't use Dynamic Widgets and Pet and Pals

I'm not able to add it on my home screen. But the widgets are working on Second Space. How to fix it?

The clock and weather widget takes up a 4x2 grid, not 4x1. Doesn't look like you have enough space to add another 4x2 widget there.
 
The feature suddenly working right now. Thanks!
