Carrier Aggregation

Hello, I have a Redmi Note 9 model M2003J15SG which is supposed to support band aggregation. I also checked on the processor manufacturer's website and the mediatek helio g85 supports this function. I would like to understand why the smartphone only goes to 4G and not 4G +. I also have a Redmi Note 8T with the same mobile operator and it goes 4G +. I would like to understand if it is a limitation imposed by the operator based on the active offer on the line or if there is some setting that I need to check. Thank you.

You should contribute your Redmi Note 9 log to https://cacombos.com/contribute so there can see your device supported Carrier Aggregation combinations. Sounds like Redmi Note 9 missing some combinations because Redmi Note 8T works fine. Here is 8T combinations listed: https://cacombos.com/device/M1908C3XG
