Change Log For Weekly Roms?

I have a Mi Max Prime and am using the weekly ROM.

#1. Is there a change log for the weekly ROMs? I can't find it.

#2 To update weekly ROMs, do you:

Download the ROM to the internal storage.
In TWRP, make a backup.
In TWRP, install ROM, wipe Dalvik and Cache.
In TWRP, install SuperSU.

Am I missing something?

Change log highlights are in second post of weekly rom thread. Wipes are not usually needed, but should not harm anything.
