Invalid Change Region from build.prop Permission Manager Crashing

Hi. I am using latest Beta version eu rom. Device mi 8 dipper. When i change region from build.prop (China) permission manager always stopped work. is there a solution for fix ?

You have no reason to change region in Build.prop.

YES, As Igor Dev said and repeated so many time, the solution is to NOT try to change region settings.
They are locked for some good reasons.

I installed Anxcamera. Mimoji doesn't work but when i change region Mimoji works.

I spoke a few minutes ago with Anxcamera's creator, he will fix that region problem. But no ETA.
