Invalid Redmi Note 9S miui 14.0.3 eu: Iran region clock is + 1 hour on auto

Hi i found another bug for my phone note 9s on miui 14.0.3 eu rom. this one is totally fixed in last update of global rom but now on eu isn't ok. So when i manually change the time, some apps like telegram or instagram show issues and Network parameters have to be updated for iran region. check the screenshot:

I have exact same issue on Curtana, iran no longer has day light saving time but EU rom for this device still moves clock forward for summer time which makes it wrong.
Iran official time zone now is ( Tehran = gmt+3:30 ) but this rom uses gmt +4:30

please fix this.

The time zone where I am residing is in Mexico City, here it is in "UTC-6" however even with the "Set time zone automatically" option it continues to claim "UTC-5", which in the Global ROM this does not happen. I hope they can fix it soon or if it is a problem that I can solve I will be...

well it is fixed by google play services in xiaomi original global rom , but EU for some reason doesn't get fixed , do you have any idea why

alright thanks for info tho , i shall see what can be done about google play services update you mentioned, maybe it is sort if blocked and can be accessed with vpn.
will report back here but i am fairly certain many iranian users are affected by this issue from what i have seen in our local forums.
