Charging bug

Hello all

Got a charging problem on the miui-desire-0.12.24-deodexed_miui-dev.com rom with the miui-0.12.24_DESIRE-EN_XMASPACK1 language pack...

I charge my phone to 100%... Let's say I then use 5% battery... When I plug in my phone is not charging. It only starts the charging when hitting 89%... I really hate that... Any way to make it work normal?

Thank you in advance. Searched and couldn't find any posts...

Got the same kind of problem here.
Fully charged but shows... 96% charged.
