New Charging problem

Hello i have redmi note 5 and i have a problem whit charging when im charging my phone and see a youtube video or playing games my phone is charging only whit 380 MA and i need to restart my device and after that is charging normaly but if i see again a video charging aggain whit 380 or 180 .PLZ HELP ME ​
