Charging problems Mi 11 ultra

Try to use my Samsung s21 ultra 5g charger and it won't work. Lights up then disconnects.
I've got a 100w 20v/5A ugreen usb c to usb c charging cable connected to my 12v WOTOBEUS 95w 3 port PD PPS QC3.0. Also lights up that it's charging then doesn't charge.

Do our phones need special cables?

I can use all kinds of cables for charging my MI 11 ultra (also my former S21u cables.
But for Turbo charge, only my original xiaomi mi 11 ultra cables works.
Then I have some low price cables from "A liexpress" which fast charge the phone.

I think you should use original charger @ wireless charger.
