Invalid Chinese Date/Text in Old Control Centre

Mi 11 with 12.5.10
Language set to English (United Kingdom)

I use the old Control Centre style, it shows the date in Chinese characters:

Tried a reset, as per this old thread, where someone had a similar issue, but it didn't work.

Thank you for this, I can confirm it's not a bug.

For others who face this issue, you can keep your theme, but return the status bar to the original theme only, by doing the following.

1. Open Settings, search for Themes and open
2. Select 'Find more' at the bottom
3. Click 'My account' (bottom right)
4. Select 'Theme Components'
5. Click 'Status Bar', choose 'Default', then 'Apply'
