Any tips of how I solve this, it is a buss/train ticket app called (Västtrafik to go) that I use daily.

Highly unusual error. Since we know nothing about how this app works, there's nothing we can do here. Contact the app's developers.

Any tips of how I solve this, it is a buss/train ticket app called (Västtrafik to go) that I use daily.

I have never used it before, but I installed it just for fun on my Mi Max1 Prime (helium) running Xiaomi.eu 8.9.20, MIUI 10 android 7.0.
It does not crash, neither with English nor Swedish as system language.
I did not however try to register an account with them.

So it seems to be something peculiar with Max3.

You could always try asking on the Swedroid.se forum, there is an active Max3 thread there.
