Dark Mode wont start at given time and apps cant be excluded from it | Mi10Tpro MIUI13 EU

Hello all!

i flashed the latest MIUI 13 ROM on my Xiaomi MI 10Tpro and i have some weird things:

My nightmode always starts at 6pm CET when set to sunset/sunrise. the blue eye filter option starts properly as it should with the same setting (sunset/sunrise).
Also the option list to exclude apps from dark mode is blank. After an reboot only one app is listed there but i installed over 40.

The strangest thing is, that i had the same problems with global ROM!
Actually that was my main intention to switch from Global to EU ROM because of this lol...

Location service is on of course. Somebody have an idea why this happens? A friend of mine owns the same phone and he have zero problems. but this sounds not to a hardware related problem to me?

Ok I found the reason why the night mode didn't kick in at sunset. You have to leave the pre installed miui weather app activated. If you disable it because you're using another one, the dark/ light mode won't work properly.
