Darker phone dialpad

I have my phone theme set up the way I like except for the dial pad. I was wondering if someone could show me how to Change the dialpad I would greatly appreciate it. I tried the flashabe darkphone zip that float somewhere in the forum but it doesn't work on 1.2.19 build. I also have the ultimate iphone theme that has a nice black phone dialpad but I don't know how to use it to replace the default one in my current theme. Can someone show me how to achieve this please?
