New Data Not Syncing

Hello,
I want to thank everyone for the support and great job in creating this ROM.
I'm experiencing a strange and annoying issue that I didn't have in the original China version that came with the phone.

My Emails accounts (Gmail and personal IMAP) are not automatically syncing. I Have to go in each account and do a manual sync to get new emails.

The settings for syncing are set to on and sync only on WLAN is off.

Same story with Facebook messenger and WhatsApp, if I don't open the apps I won't see new messages.

My phone is MI 4C 32GB and the ROM version is 6.5.5 weekly.

Do these four steps to all apps you wan't to show instant notifications.
