Data roaming and network connection problems

Had my phone 2 weeks worked perfectly in UK but now in France and have no network access or data roaming .data roaming is turned on ! Help

There is a separate setting for international/overseas roaming. On the Note 7 it is on the same screen as national/domestic roaming.

Thanks for that but don't seam to have that option
