It's been a while. Do a normal update (preferably using fastboot method) But personally, I would do a clean update.

Yeah, i just flashed newest available xiaomi.eu once i got the phone and then forgot about it because everything worked 
I now upgrade flashed NUWA_OS2.0.203.0.VMBCNXM_15 with bat file and i can confirm that it works
