Dialer and contacts on 9t pro

hello someone who has the mi 9t pro can tell me if in the stable rom of xiaomi.eu the dialer and contacts are xiaomi and not google like in the global eeu?
so with the possibility of recording phone calls?

All xiaomi.eu based on China Rom.
So yes I am with latest 10.4.6. dialer and contact are stock xiaomi.

I will proceed to install the .eu rom
first I try to learn the procedure perfectly

As a recommendation I will advise you to install Twrp 3.13 and take full backup first for just in case .
Then install xiaomi.eu , at least that what I did.
