Dialer+message App Crash

hello,
my phone language is hebrew and after upgrading my rom to weekly update
xiaomi.eu_multi_HM2014811_5.12.10_v7-4.4.zip the dialer and message app crash. in english it is working fine the problem is in hebrew.
