Difference between MIUI versions

Hi,
I've seen that there are some releases of MIUI versions and I've wanted to know yhe difference between them.

1. 9.10.17
2. 9.10.10/11
3. 9.9.26/27 - V2

aren't those the same weekly MIUI 11 rom releases?
