Difficulty synchronizing

Good morning Masters!
I recently purchased a Mi 9 Lite and I'm having trouble synchronizing (just about everything) in real time. I often have to sync manually. When the screen is locked, it is more difficult to synchronize. Then unlock and start synchronizing ....
I have MIUI Global 11.0.1.
Before I had an iphone and the synchronization was automatic and in real time.
Is MIUI like this? Does anyone else have this flaw?

Disable MIUI optimization in Developer Settings... You're not on the EU ROM by the way.

Yes, I think so
