Invalid (dipper 9.4.11) Transitions bug and slow

After updating to 9.4.11 i noticed a strange bug.

Steps to reproduce:
Take a screenshot in an app and open the recents apps when there is the Little screenshot preview at the top right, the recents won't load until the Little preview goes away

It won't allow me to put a MP4 attached


Also now Is slower in opening recent apps, takes more time than before

Hi ! I have test this on my mi 8 dipper and no mistake for me. When I dirty flash 9.4.11 I have some mistake but I have make this : Reboot on recovery & wipe Dalvik & Cache & System and flash again Xiaomi.eu 9.4.11 Dipper Rom wipe Dalvik & Cache (Flash notifications mod and wipe Cache @ Dalvik again Flash Magisk 19 and Wipe Cache & Dalvik again) Reboot to System when finish reboot again and now no mistake all work fine same as IA Preload ;-)
Perfect same as autonomy all great except translation but on beta it's normal .
